Because a free call usually turns into a sales pitch, or into weeks of follow up calls that waste your time. We charge a small fee so that both of us take the 20 minutes seriously, and so you get a proper plan out of it instead of a pitch. And if you go ahead with the build, we deduct the full ₹399 from your bill. So in the end it costs you nothing.
What exactly happens on the call?
We start by looking at how enquiries reach you today. Where they come from, what you send them, and how long it usually takes you. Then we show you what your customer would get on WhatsApp if you used this setup, using your own rate card and your own photos. At the end, you get a short plan in writing covering what to fix first and what it will cost.
How much does the build cost?
It depends on your business. How many services you offer, how many pages you need, and what you want the system to do. We tell you the full price on the call, in writing, before you commit to anything. There is no monthly software rent after that, ever.
What if I do not want to go ahead after the call?
That is completely fine. You keep the plan and the recording of what we discussed. There is no obligation to buy anything. And we will not keep calling you again and again. If you want to come back to us later, just book another call.
Can I keep my existing website, domain and WhatsApp number?
Yes. You do not need to change your domain or your business number. We connect it to WhatsApp's official API, we do not take it over.
Do I need to keep a computer on, or keep WhatsApp Web open?

Where do my customer details go?
Into your own Google Sheet, inside your own Google account. Name, number, what they asked for, and the time and date. You can export it, download it, or share it with your team whenever you like. If you ever stop working with us, you keep every single row. Nothing sits inside a dashboard that you cannot get out of.
How long after the call does it go live?
Usually 24 to 48 hours after you give us your details. That includes the WhatsApp Business API verification, loading your rate card, connecting your Google Sheet and setting up your phone alerts. We tell you your exact start date before you pay anything for the build.
What if I get more than 1,000 enquiries a month?
Nothing breaks and there are no extra penalty charges. Customer messages and replies within the 24 hour service window are free. Beyond that, WhatsApp bills you at its own standard rate, directly. No platform charge from us, no monthly software fee.
